"Fit was okay, but the sizing info was confusing"
The cover mostly fits my item, but it’s not as snug or even as I expected. It’s a little loose in some areas and kind of tight in others, so it works, but it doesn’t sit quite right. The material seems fine, so no real complaints there. I was just annoyed that the sizing/fit info wasn’t clearer before ordering, because I feel like I had to guess a bit. Definitely double-check the measurements before buying

"Helpful support, just slower than I’m used to"
I reached out to 100covers.com because I wasn’t totally sure whether my order had actually gone through. They were polite and did answer my question, but compared to other sites I’ve ordered from, the response felt a bit slow.

Everything did get sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I just would’ve appreciated quicker and clearer updates along the way. Overall, the customer service was fine, just not as smooth as I’ve experienced elsewhere.

I ordered a pool cover and the website was straightforward to use. Checkout was smooth enough, but after I paid, I didn’t really get many updates, which was a little annoying. It also took a bit longer than I expected to arrive. The cover did show up as ordered, so I can’t complain too much, but for the price, I think the service could have been a bit more polished.

I’ve had this for about six months now, and as someone who leaves things outside way more than I probably should, I’m impressed. It’s been through plenty of rain and sun, and it’s still holding up really well so far

"Refund came through faster than I expected"
I ordered the wrong size cover, which was totally on me, though I did spend a minute wondering how I managed to mess that up. I figured returning it was going to be a hassle, but the instructions were actually clear and support got back to me quicker than I expected.

The refund showed up a few days after they received the item back. I kept thinking maybe I’d have to follow up or that I was being too optimistic, but nope, no chasing and no weird excuses. Smooth overall

I was pleasantly surprised by this cover. I paid less than I expected, and the quality is actually decent! The fit isn’t absolutely perfect, but for the price, I’m really happy with it.

"Cover held up well in the rain"
So, we had some heavy rain, and the cover actually did a good job overall. It stayed on and kept things covered, though it was, like, a little loose in a few spots. Still, I’m happy with how it handled the weather.

"Material is okay, but I expected a little more"
The material is alright, but nothing special. It feels a little thin in a few areas, though it still works for what I need. For the price, I was hoping it would feel a bit better quality. Also, I got the impression that nobody really read my message, which was a little frustrating. Overall, not terrible, just not as good as I expected.

"Something feels off with the fit"
I expected this to be straightforward to put on, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. I eventually got it installed, but something feels off about the process, like it shouldn’t be this hard to get right.
